There are golf courses, sports facilities and tennis courts, open-air swimming pools and indoor pools, there is also rambling, cycling and angling, which are also attractive, whether in or near the town or in the romantic Middle-Rhine Valley. The region is famous for its wine culture, which can be traced back to the days of the Romans.
